Your administrator decides| Access | Typically | Can see and do |
|---|---|---|
| Client admin | Your IT manager | Everything for your organisation: tickets, devices, reports, invoices and quotes; approves requests and changes; manages your team’s access |

Portal access from approved networks only
IP allow‑listingTo protect your data, NetCore Ops only accepts sign‑ins from internet addresses (public IPs) that your organisation has asked us to approve. Even with the right password and authenticator code, a sign‑in from an unknown network is blocked.
- 1
Open the access page
From the office network you’ll sign in from, open ops.netcore.co.zw/portal. It shows the public IP address you’re connecting from — no need to look it up.
- 2
Send the request
Your portal administrator or IT manager adds any other offices or backup links and sends it. It goes straight to our administrators, who check it with your organisation before approving.
- 3
Sign in
We confirm by email once your address is approved, normally within one business day — then sign in as normal.
- Several offices or a backup internet link? List every address.
- Changing ISP, moving office or on a dynamic IP? Tell us before the change so you’re not locked out.
- Working from home or travelling? Connect through your company VPN first, or ask us to approve an address for a set period.
- Mobile data changes address often — use your office network or VPN instead.
Requests go to admin@netcore.co.zw — you can also email your organisation name, contact person and IP addresses there directly. NetCore will never ask for your password or authenticator code.
