Who we are
NetCore Solutions (“we”, “us”) is headquartered in Harare, Zimbabwe, and serves clients across Africa. We handle personal information in line with Zimbabwe’s Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07] and, where we serve clients in other countries, the data protection laws that apply there. Contact: info@netcore.co.zw, +263 71 801 0801.
What we collect
When you contact us, request a consultation, demo or quote, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals or quotes.
- To deliver services you have contracted us for.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
WhatsApp and email
If you choose to send a form via WhatsApp or email, your message is transmitted by that service (WhatsApp is operated by Meta) under its own privacy terms before it reaches us.
Spam protection
To keep our forms free of spam and automated abuse, they use Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that may collect technical information such as your IP address and browser details to tell people from bots. Cloudflare processes this under its own privacy policy and does not use it for advertising. If Turnstile cannot load, a simple maths question is shown instead.
Sharing
We share information only where needed to provide our services — for example with a hardware vendor or distributor to register a licence or warranty in your organisation’s name — or where required by law.
Security and retention
We protect personal information with appropriate technical and organisational measures, and keep it only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its processing. Contact us using the details above. You may also lodge a complaint with POTRAZ, Zimbabwe’s Data Protection Authority, or with the data protection authority in your country.
